Were you supposed to stay within a given area for the mission? lurker used "anti-shipping" for a lot of his "patrol" type missions that would be assigned upon arrival at a location. There would usually be a statement to the effect "staying within 75 nuatical miles of co-ordinates xx and xx for 48 hours, then unrestricted" or something like that. ?? Go back to the location where you were assigned the mission, and hang around there for two or three days, unless you can see the original assignment on the clipboard, and see the "details". Usually, at the beginning of a patrol from home port, he'll give you a "Proceed immediately to co-ordinates xx and xx at most efficient speed and await further instructions", and when you arrive there, the actual assignment then pops up. That one usually has the details. If he says like "staying within xx nautical miles", draw yourself a circle on the map right there, making it a pinch less than what he said. Make a mental note of the time frame involved, and if any tonnage is listed. If you are like me, you'll have to write it down, so that you can then lose the note you've made... ahem...
