I recently discovered that on my u-boat my flak guns (3.7cm and 2cm) are taking an extraordinary amount of time to reload when they are fired empty. I would estimate the time of reload for both at well over 10-15 seconds for each. My deck gun is also slightly faster than normal. (Changing deck gun options in commander doesn't seem to have any effect)

I have two trained flak gunners and full crew efficiency when I am testing this to see if it changes from patrol to patrol. Any ideas on what is causing this ? Or how to fix it ?
