It needs some tweaks that do it much better. Try OLCE2_New_Scene_File:

It will improve the contrast underwater. Anyway I still miss just a bit more darkness, and a little more blueish water,
just a bit, without be as blue as MEP6 water - it doesnt't fit with the game atmosfere
