Hi, im not sure what bearing tool you mean

If you mean the "circle" with heading lines that comes out from the submarine when you zoom in, this is what you are looking for:

Just enable it via JSGME as usual. Im not the author of it, not sure who is, but it works perfectly. Its just like the one in GWX3.
