Sounds like a Direct X problem.
You need this version for SH3 to run correctly.
DirectX 9.0C
What Windows 10 version are you running 1607 or 1703 Creator.
Did you use my Tutorials from my signature to install?
Go to C:\Documents
Are you seeing the V15 or SH3 folder?
