Well we've got a conundrum on our hands because I can't find that text on my PC either and the Generic Mod Enabler says there is nothing wrong with the stock game files snapshot either.
The only conclusion that I can come to is it must be in FOTRS somewhere and I don't know enough about this game to know where it would be found.
You're going to have to dig deeper chaps, keep digging long enough and you'll find it.
