this may sound silly but I cannot seem to be able to determine the pecking order for my officers. since they all seem to start with the same characteristics they end up playing musical chairs for the first few patrols until I've assigned different quals to them and they eventually develop unique stats.
what are the qualifications best suited for the EO, NO, and WO? and which one would be considered the No. 1?
is there a mod that adds different profile pics so I dont constantly end up with sets of twins?
