Followed your instructions, unfortunately when U-Play udates itself, it updates to the bloody useless version
Consequently things are the same as my initial post. On a side note when the intro cut scene plays there is no sound, and you cannot exit, unless you use Task manager and run through the services list. Windows did pop an nividia driver error on first start.
I'm starting to wonder if this garbage has to use old drivers
BTW I am not using a Steam version, this is a Ubisoft DVD version. Don't know if that helps ??
