Mr Deare was mid management, he is supposed to implement presidential policy, not make it or even be publicly critical of it. He should have voiced his concerns with the council then went about implementing the policy. If he still had reservations, then he should have resigned.
I keep telling you guys, Trump is going to run the executive branch like a business, not like a political bureaucracy. He will keep firing people until he finds ones that will do the work and not play politics.
