Might need more info. A guess? I'd say you aren't turning off the TDC after you input data. This would have the effect of not slaving the gyro angle to the Optic you are using (UZO, or Either periscope). If you turn the TDC off after input...your TDC dials should move when you move your optic around. Was that it??
