Yea, from what I know (and I am not an expert) it has the generic ELINT/SIGINT/radar equipment, maybe even not the most modern kind. We did complete some newer recon ships recently and refitted some others but this one appears to be in condition close to the 1988 original.
Plus, recon ships usage is fairly common even those days, for example last year during a naval exercise in the Baltics we used a pr.20380 corvette to push out the NATO recon ship out of the area (we were exercising with hard kill counter torp systems in there).
