Trevally's in-game tutorials are good for learning how to calculate Range, Speed, and AoB just using the RAOBF. (No Calculator required)

Also take a look at Stoiamn's Tutorial Videos for another good RAOBF tutorial, plus many more. Lots of good info there.

I just found this PDF, explaining the RAOBF. But I haven't read it yet, so don't know how good it is.

Personally, I use a combination of the Stadiometer for range, and the RAOBF for AoB and Speed.
