Naturally enough more nasty things arise, as I mentioned earlier in the other thread this computer came with McAfee installed. I stupidly assumed it was free with the computer purchase,
WRONG!!, it just displayed a message that the trial edition ends in 5 days.
Will I have registry problems removing it? If not I will remove it and activate the Windows version, this has not been activated either, seems the computer comes with no software.
I have installed Spybot and not sure if it is running at startup, if I click on the icon it seems to load it then, do I have to manually load it each time or is it actually running ok?
