By this I mean they do not see the situation in the same way as us lowly peasants.
You will ask a question and you may get a yes or no but what you want is an explanation.
When someone asks a question you do not know whether they have been playing for a day, month, or years.
Some play stock for years and then want to try a modded game and it is totally alien to them.
Many of the PM's I answer are very basic questions which many would not think twice about but they still deserved to be answered in the right way.

I think that is a very grounded and positive view, and IMO hits the nail on the head.
What's really good though, is that now I am hopefully in a good position to assist others going through the maze I just traversed. Its all good karma and its the wealth of knowledge from modders and players alike is what make forums great
