OK. Not good... You said you started from a "Pristine" SH4 v1.5 and then Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate v0.52 ... no other mods? How about giving us your computer specs once again... Include the cpu, amount of RAM, graphics card, OS, and whether 32 or 64 bit version. Thanks.
If I find your specs from your earlier post, I'll pop back in here, but I keep losing power out in the sticks here (I live near a major midwestern metropolitan area)... what a farce. My electric bill has necessarily doubled, and I get less than half the service, get told all the time that I'm using more juice than my neighbor, and that I'm not hooked up to their little "optimizer" doo-dad thiggamabob... but I'm being a PUC... that's Politically UN Correct
