The correct pilot must be selected by the users at the dock.
If "Brest" is selected, click stop and clear it. Then choose the correct one.
A pilot may be stuck in memory if it was used and not allowed to finish. So when leaving port, let it run to the end. If you want it to end manually, stop it and ensure it has cleared out of the automation window.
TDW added a waypoint resume where you can take over from the pilot (iceberg ahead
or that dam coastal boat), the pilot can then resume after you have taken action.
It could be that this is causing your constant Brest issue
