Glad you got sorted.
My tutorials can save you a lot of time.
You did realize that STEAM was not compatible with LSH3-2015 didn't you?
Once the Naval Academy is done you can enable the rest of your mods.
The game loading time will depend on your systems capabilities.
If you are running windows 10 you will need to use OS7 compatibility.
Also run your SH3.exe > JSGME > SH3Commander all as administrators.
