Did you install the DirectX v9 included with the game, or did you do like I've done more than once (
) and think you didn't need it? 'Cause you do... Be sure and install that DirectX. You do not need that online game stuff that I can never remember the name of anymore... Ubi shut down the server for that. Also, be sure any short-cut you use to start the game points to the SH4.EXE file, not the GU.EXE, which is the Game Updater, which doesn't work too well... Did you get the v1.5 U-boats mission, aka: Gold?
