double checked.. its 1.3 then check to make sure the read only box was unchecked (it is) tried re downloading the 1.4 patch one I get a message stating the signature is corrupt or invalid, I click run anyways and the same problem of the file telling me that sh4 dosnt exist.....really really really at wits end:
