I think it's the Australia continent, but surely Antarctica too (unless Russia is hiding subs down there)
So any nuclear boats would cause a targeting problem for Australia ... if they could just hold off on their final decision a few more years. We could sell them some submarine drones that don't care what country your from as long as you are in their waters illegally.  |
