Thanks much for the recommendation. Just before I came back to this thread, I was looking at Steel Wolves. It's quite impressive, to say the least.
I note that it's still a WIP, but I've always liked the concept of the megamod. No inherent worries about mods conflicting with each other, and I note that some modders have started to offer up their mods as compatible with SW.
While I was overseas, I picked up the full 5-hour version of
Das Boot, and immediately forgot about Skyrim, Civilization 6, Star Trek Online, or anything else. I lived to get back in my Type VII and do some serious hurt.
