Good moves indeed, good on them.
I think Australia have the right idea where it's a requirement to vote rather than a request. However, I think that if you were to make it a requirement then you should also put a 'None of the above' option.

My company doesn't close on election day...being in the hospitality industry it doesn't really close at all.
