OK, thanks for getting back to me anyway.

I think there's some misunderstanding going on here though.

When I said minimised I meant the orders bar, where you can toggle it so it's either always up, or is only up when you mouse over it.

I never play in a window or minimise the actual game, I don't remove mods out of order, I don't play saved games without the same mods, I always play games in native resolution (I'm an ex-IT professional so I'm very computer literate).

This is what I mean by the background being missing on the orders bar tabs (problem area highlighted in the screengrabs by red outline I've added - bottom left corner) -
