^JUST by way of self-admitted-idiot computer illiterate clarification; what other mods do I need-if any, along with the basic SH V game, to utilize the POST 188?

My current SHV reload, after a three year hiatus, the nav briefing-map does not reflect attainment of the mission objectives. Example: the 5 Rawalpindi AMC's in the Denmark Strait patrol zone do not appear....consistently.
