The only change I made to the FOTRSU v.25 Beta in the .cfg files has been to the UnitType value. There are only three ships that weren't BB's, CA's, CL's that have plane capacity on the Japanese side. The Catapult ship, the Aux Cruiser Aikoku, and the Chitose. No other changes to the file.....maybe the power-at-be didn't put in the right .cfg at upload? Have you seen the Intro Screen?!?
