Just to inform you, RSRDC changes more than it purports to do. Similar to you I sought to use it in combination with TMO, until it was pointed out to me (and then proven by my observations) that it does indeed deliberately make changes to other mods it is laid over. It doesn't confine itself to just modifying the campaign files of the game. RR (Rockin Robbins) likened it to an "Alien" taking over the main design body of TMO. Now if you install it first followed by other mechanical mods like RFB, that might work to keep the other MODs work as designed, but you have to experiment to make sure RSRDC will get along that way.

Also, I wasn't getting the results I really was looking for with RSRDC anyhow. It supplants a great dynamic campaign with the tediously exact ship/convoy placement of WWII meaning it will be the same every time played so enjoy it once playing thru or so. Mostly you get nothing but single ship convoys until mid war then it gradually swaps around to predominately multi-ship convoys. This makes the first part of the game rather boring.
