DeepSix is correct: graphics and sound files can be changed at any time, as they have nothing to do with campaigns or gameplay.

Funny thing is, I converted all my grammaphone tracks to .wav, just so I could adjust the volume with the computer's onboard Sound Recorder, and they play just fine in that format.
