This one would be acceptable in Germany too. I never take my helmet off when paying at a gas station and mine is pretty much like this one. Would be too much of a hassle to take my glasses off, then remove the helmet, remove the balaclava, remove the ear plugs, go in to pay, return, put in the ear plugs, put on the balaclava, put on the helmet, put on the glasses...
