On a lark, I was able to do this (does NOT run in the game):
but it sounds like yours is more of an overwrite thingie in the video display, either in the game, or on your computer. Does it do it
everytime you go around the harbor? Does it look like the ship moves, or the water moves?
Edit: I did get it to run... but the ships, since they apparently have "crashed" (they have, after all, come in contact with land), and are burning and exploding as the mission starts... this might explain why a person can't put an airplane on the ground close to shore, in order to do some stationary target practice with small things...
