You still didn't read my response in the other thread, did you? Nor have you obviously read SH3Cmdr's readme which clearly states that you can set the rank labels to German, UK or US. Believe it or not, some people actually want to use US rank labels because they simply feel more comfortable with them. Good on them, and don't knock them.
Failure to read instructions? Ummm, USER problem, not SH3Cmdr.
BTW, have you read the readme of *any* mod you have installed???
Anyway, better that you don't use SH3 Commander until you get a stable SH3 to play with...or is that the fault with every other mod as well?

Enough already. Rollback I know what happened. Eough already, thanks. At the moment I don't want it. Oh, my games are running much better now that I got rid of it
