SP2 has starforce? Arse!!
Well, Civ III with The Cold War Deluxe mod is a nice one to play. The scenario ranges from 1950 to 1989 and you can play as Russia, the UK, USA, Italy, WG, China and quite a few others. Turn times are a little slow but the unit animations are well done.
