The closest dealer here would be an Irish pub: 11,50€ - though they are the most expensive among the 3 good Irish pubs here: http://oreillys.com/dusseldorf-menu.html
In comparision, in my regular haunt a pint of Guinness goes for 4€, in contrast to the 5,20€ there.
