You need a MODS folder in the game root folder, where Data is:

Your installed game:

Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific <--- JSGME program goes in here.

MODS .... Data
|
TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2-5

The JSGME program goes in the root folder, 'Silent Hunter 4' or whatever you called it. Your unzipped Mods go in the MODS folder.

Unzip TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2.5.7z with 7 Zip and put the TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2-5 folder in the MODS folder. You can drag it in there.

TMO has a campaign. Some people like to use a different campaign called RSRD. It will change some of the behavior and other things in TMO.

In one of the forum Stickies are links to instructions for using JSGME and installing mods. Look for it and read them.
