Hi, this is frustrating, regardless of Hi-Res mod the problem of the bar came back after enabling the stealth meter, Turning back off the black bar is still there!
It's definitely the position of the stealth meter, although I changed the position in the following:

Color=0xFFFFFFFF
to various locations & the stealth meter changed to the place but the Bar remains at the original location! in all screens!
Can someone with knowledge of the menu_1024_768.ini file please offer a possable solution please?
