So I ripped out the proper graphics file from Digital Trucker's Kitchen Sink mod (There's a guy I miss around here. He's posting quirky quotes of famous people on Facebook nowdays), converted it to .jpg then cropped out all the extraneous junk to get SH4 to use it in-game and saved it.
