Disconnect the Cloud by going off line.
At the moment your saved games are coming from the Cloud.
At some point shortly after going off line you will be asked whether to use the Cloud or your saved games folder.
Select your saved games folder.
To delete the saves you do not want can be deleted when you make the next game save just by clicking on each one and selecting delete.
I always work from the bottom to the top as it easy to make the mistake of deleting the current save.
Your saved games are here:
C:\documents\SH5\data\cfg\saveGames
If you make a shortcut to the desk top of the save games folder you can delete easily any saved games no longer wanted.
The load games saves are here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
