The ParentID of the model isn't what puts the model in-line while you copy/paste the lines of the chunk.....it's the node numbering sequence.
I understand it's a moot point for what you're doing. I'm just telling you this so you don't have to export/import a model (with all the parameters that are associated with it) the next time you wish to use a model.
