I would suggest add the following sections;

ESM/EW .
Flares/Countermeasures (3" launcher).
Ballasting and Trim.
Issuing emergency procedure commands COW/DOOW/EOOW.
Assuming Deck/Conn versus delegation to OOD or XO.
Using standing orders to automate/control operations.
Communications procedures and methods.

Off the top of my head. I'm sure I could come up with many more given time.
