Ok I put the Block back to:

Then removed the hi-res mod & the dials are gone so the above mod does works with Hi-Res!
However I still have that Horizontal bar (about 1 line) above the 'Scrollfield for the Messages', there on
all screens?
Any ideas on this problem?
