Command-line not yet working.

For the real date, the server date is used which is currently date-time without timezone (which means my local timezone, GMT).

I will add the (optional) display to:

View messasges
Check messages
BdU Assignment Details
Last message (in Extract Member Posting)
Send Bdu Message

Does it need to appear on the in-game message?
