yes hello i made some tests a minute ago and it seems if i go out to the open ocean i can end the patrol and return to base with no name. so im at the career menu and i can click the log and uboat upgrade desk fine. But i still dont get it. If my home port is Bergen so all the upgrades from there will be in the shop. and if i go out to the open and patrol end there can i buy for example the XXI if its available?
