Problem solved
I loaded the career, I tried to move the torp, at first, it did not work, then I had men reloading the bow tubes after a successful attack, I was reloading bow tubes. Then fired stern tubes, then had men in
both bow and stern torpedo compartments. Now, for some reason, I was able to move the stern external torp....
:hmm:
Don't know why or how it worked, but it did.
