"I am become life" has a great archive of merchant fleet I use for NYGM. There is merchant fleet mod in the download section, but you are going to have to look for it. Remember that if you add ships to your game, you will need to find the ships names to add to the "cfg." File or the type of ship will not show up. It will have a generic name.
