What patch you might need depends on what version of SH4 you've downloaded from Steam.
One thing to be aware of is that the latest version of SH4 is v1.5. That is the version that say 95% of all mods made for SH4 are geared to. At some point in time if you don't have it right now is to get updated to v1.5. |
The Steam version is already patched to v1.5
