Maybe because you have been born and raised under western propaganda and allied re-education?
I think it's an interesting look of how Russians see their Navy. Of course, patriotism and boasting, but then look at my first sentence. We don't even see the background noise in our own military presentation in the media, anymore. Our's is self-evident and righteous, all foreign is bad.
