Fun fact, the boatyard is nowhere near the coast.
It's in Upper Carniola, nestled into an Alpine basin. So if it sounds that the boats are made in a workshop under a mountain it's because the boats are made in a workshop under a mountain. And to top it all off, we're even protected by a medieval castle
