Glad you met with such great success so quickly! That's awesome. Trevally is right about the 4-bearing method. I usually use the 4-bearing method to get a general course and speed, without using it as a final solution. Three bearings of the 4 bearing method along with a speed estimate based on slow/medium/fast will give you info which can help you with intercept. I then typically use the attack disk, google Angriffsscheibe Handbuch for the download, and use it to get an intercept (it has a ton of uses). Then I use the RAOBF wheel to get my shot info.
When you're in the mood to practice, try
these methods. They can help you get targets that you might not be able to get otherwise due to bad position and/or target speed, and require less calculations. Read the whole thread though, you can do it without the math by using the attack disk. I haven't mastered this one yet, not that it's difficult, but just requires practice.
