If the stutterings are flickering textures in ships you observe cicling external camera you can try a cameras.cam file for download in the TWoS thread. Search the post. I'm searching that post but I can't find it
Also you can try the modified MataHari optics. It is compatible with TWoS. I'm sure the problem isn't the use of silentmichal interiors.
