SHO Help! Manual targeting in Real Fleet Boat 2.0

I'm fairly new to RFB 2.0 and I like the level of realism, but am having trouble figuring out a successful method for calculating torpedo solutions. Have looked elsewhere for help but so far no luck. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
