I tried this but its the same, so all my mods are not the problem.
I know now whats the problem - in my opinion a bug.
You can select "Realistic" at start screen, you can select "Realistic" in the bunker before starting a career
but in KSD you will always see the option you selected at the beginning of the campaign when you choose the missions!
So after i also selected in mission screen "Realistic" its also visible in KSD.
By the way, thanks for the new features in KSD Warham.
